I'm absolutely loving OHBT! You get 3 live workouts every week, and the personal attention is incredible. Amy is fantastic at providing feedback – she'll cheer you on when you're doing well, offer helpful corrections to your form, and even playfully call you out if she knows you're slacking haha!. The energy during these workouts is insane, and it's so motivating! Amy actively seeks feedback from the OHBT community, and then uses our opinions to plan future sessions.
